QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, • Masters Degree preferred, • At least 5 years experience in budgeting, cost accounting, financial reporting and managing financial statement, cash flow, • Solid experience in budgeting and budget planning including development of annual budgets, forecasting and variance analysis, • Excellent command of English, • SMMM certificate is a plus • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programmes and ERP systems, • Excellent verbal and documentary presentation skills • Exceptional analytical ability and problem solving, decision making skills, JOB DESCRIPTION • Plan and develop annual operating budget including preparation of budget analysis and projections, preparation of monthly management reporting, weekly cash flow reports, daily consolidated cash reports, • Responsible of preparation of monthly reporting packs presented to top management, • Controling financial performance and take action for budgeted and actual budget of group companies, • Responsible for preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Turkish Accounting Standart reporting requirements, • Perform monthly ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports on expenditures, performance metrics, financial variation, and financial trends reflecting business unit performances, • Maintain budgeting policies and procedures, • Preparation and revision of annual and half-year P&L, balance sheet and cash flow budgets, • Preparing feasibility reports for investment projects, • Direct report to Finance Director.

We are looking for a "Project Engineer" for our multinational client: • Civil engineer from technical university of Turkey • Minimum 5 years’ experience including bulk earthworks, HDPE lining, pipework and structures • Technically and commercially astute • Speaks English fluently (preffered) • Has first-hand project execution experience in a similar role • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Projects or Primavera, SAP. • Responsible for all facets of development of work packages, including statements of works perform design reviews, supervision of Contractors on site, supervision of works on site and serve as a coordinator for all projects related activities. • Develop statements of work, procurement specifications, estimates and requisitions. • Supervise safety of the daily works on site. • Supervise preparation and presentation of safety topics to Contractor’s teams weekly. • Supervise all construction activities on site to ensure that they comply with the project specifications and standards. • Supervise construction on site according to Company Safety Standards • Quality control to ensure the project is built to project and company standards • Provide practical and technical expertise. • To be able to do technical calculation and lifting plans. • Be familiar with the standard of quality control testing required and be able to perform the testing and prepare reports. • Perform quality control for materials and report in an appropriate format • This is an approximate 30:70 role for office duties and field duties
