We are looking for a Formulation Developmant Manager for one of our leading Pharmaceutical clients. Qualifications: • Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or other scientific discipline. Ph.D., or equivalent work experience related to formulation development is preferred, • 10+ years within the formulation development in the pharmaceutical industry. Customer Service Manager (Istanbul, Turkey)

We are looking for a “Customer Service Manager” for our leading global client operating in professional hygiene products and solutions. The position reports to the Regional Business Logistics Director and it is based in Istanbul. Main accountabilities and responsibilities: • Develop and implement customer service indicators in order to assure excellence in customer service. • Plan, prioritize, and schedule the team’s activities so that resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met to ensure product/service standards at highest quality. • Monitor the status of activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team. • Liaise with functional or operational area managers in sales, marketing, finance, supply and logistics to ensure that sales administration activities are integrated with other parts of the business and appropriate for current and future sales and marketing activities. • Secure correct demand planning and lead S&OP meetings • Manage order to billing and after sales process, incl. complaint handling. • Develop and monitor the application/maintenance of all operating systems (SAP etc.) including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow making sure data is entered correctly. May incl. monitoring of pricing and trade terms. • Provide support for tender administration and outbound activities (telesales, toll free number activities etc.) if required. • Managing CS processes to assure the lowest distribution cost. Interact with supply and l factory logistic organizations towards logistics service improvements. • Responsible for service level and forecast KPIs. • Secure smooth communication with supply functions in both local factory and European factories (for imported goods).
