Our client, an international bank is looking to hire a Financial Planning And Budget Consolidation Manager for its headquarter in Istanbul. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates who have the drive for success, energy to grow, the desire to become a part of a winning team and the qualifications below; • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics and 10 - 15 years of financial planning experience in a bank • Track record of increased responsibility in finance management in a bank • Experience in IFRS, Analysis Techniques and Financial Statements, • Excellent leadership skills and ability to develop finance staff • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • MBA in Finance / Accounting or CPA / CMA is a plus • Experience in both banking as well as one of the big four accounting firms • Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking, Roles & Responsibilities • Overall management of the finance function, • Consolidating and reporting of all financials and business reports to the Board, • Representing the company in front of financial institutions, auditors, investors and public authorities, • Being responsible for the management of finance team both for branches and headquarters • Works with senior management to develop the five-year strategic plan • Manages the preparation of the annual budget and monitors changes to forecasts • Provides financial support to corporate business development, including financial modeling and profit improvement analysis, • Works with Investor Relations to produce and monitor competitive market data • Prepares and delivers major financial presentations and reports to senior management and the Board of Directors including monthly and quarterly operating review packages • Prepares ad-hoc analysis for the senior management team members • Oversees and develops the long-term capital expenditure planning process • Analyzes and develops recommendations for significant budget and plan to actual variances • Prepares financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
