Duties and responsibilities: • Reports directly to site general manager, • Works very closely to technical departments such as Mining, Processing, Maintenance and Project and follows departmental KPIs, • Underdstands and develops business flow diagram for site activities relevant to production, • Generate continous improvement projects and manage where necessary, • Attends key production review meetings, • Ensures MOS (Management Operating System) is followed properly, • Ensures technical reports for site KPIs are generated properly with a timely manner, • Ensures site KPIs are analyzed and necessary corrective actions are taken properly where necessary, • Follows daily production figures and updates site general manager with key highlights, • Follows monthly and annual production targets and analyze potential risks that can cause missing target. Generates risk mitigation ideas and follow the actions that decided to be taken, • Understands sitewise business, safety and environmental risks and follows pre-defined actions to mitigate risks, • Assists site General Manager for technical reports and presentations, • Coordinate/perform unit production cost analysis and report to site General Manager. Qualifications and Experience: • Higher education with relevant specialization in Mining, Processing or Chemical Engineering, • 7 years of experience in mineral processing or Metallurgy preferably in Gold (CIP/Pox), Copper concentrator or HPAL, • Solid computer skills in business software such as Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio) and ERP systems such as SAP, • Excellent communication, supervisory, coaching and interpersonnel skills with the ability to work effectively with everyone at all lev els, • Fluent Engilish speaker, • Ability to recognize unsafe and hazardous conditions, • Experience on safe systems of work for critical site activities such as confines space, hotwork, LOTO, • Driver licence Class B or over.
