We are looking for a Formulation Developmant Manager for one of our leading Pharmaceutical clients. Qualifications: • Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or other scientific discipline. Ph.D., or equivalent work experience related to formulation development is preferred, • 10+ years within the formulation development in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior management experience preferred, • Knowledge of Generic Development processes and techniques, • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver on tight timelines, • Good organizational and project management skills, • Excellent oral and written communications skills, • Hands-on experience with formulation development, • Experience in drug-device combination product development is preferred, • Experience with managing internal and contract labs for formulation development and testing, • Comprehensive working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Regulatory Guidance Documents as they relate to quality testing of pharmaceutical product, Job Description: • Provide directions and technical leadership for development of generic formulations. • Responsible for the design and management of studies, protocol preparation, review and completion of study reports to support regulatory submissions. • Provide technical oversight of CDMOs in development and production of drug products. • Development of stable, manufacturable and bioequıvalent formulations. • Be a scientific resource during the manufacturing of new products to support process development, process scale-up, manufacturing process transfer, analysis of new findings and troubleshooting of issues, as well as a resource for the Business Development Department during review of potential new drug product candidates.
