QUALIFICATIONS • University degree from reputable university, preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or Medicine, • Min. 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 4 years within the area of Market Access, • Experience in business planning and/or market analysis and production of Value Propositions based on Market Access principles, • Strong pharmaceutical business understanding including solid understanding of pharmaceutical pricing • Excellent command of English both written and spoken, • Excellent communication skills, internal & external. JOB DESCRIPTION • Achieves optimal market access, reimbursement and listing at target price, • Analyze the markets in detail aligned with MA strategies, • Prepares submissions (dossiers) for relevant national and regional stakeholders such as health technology assessment bodies, • Acts as a strategic market access partner for company’s affiliates to ensure optimal pricing and reimbursement for company’s products, • Improves market access intelligence, including better overview of pricing and reimbursement data and develop in-depth insights into health care reforms, • Have detailed information about the laws and regulations related to Market Access, • Monitor the price changes and reimbursement conditions for all other products in the same therapeutic line in order to maintain or improve the existing reimbursement conditions.

R&D, Sales and quality, after technical service customer visits * Determining the needs of lab machines such as spare parts and materials * Participating in meetings with the customer when necessary to provide technical support to sales units * Making suggestions to increase efficiency in production and service flow, reduce production losses, improve processes, use resources effectively and increase quality.
