Liman işletmeciliği sektöründe faaliyet gösteren müşterimiz için Satış Şefi arayışımız bulunmaktadır. İş Tanımı:  Potansiyel müşteri araştırmalarının yapılması ve mevcut müşterilerin iş hacimlerinin takibini yapmak.  Mevcut müşterilerin devamlılığını ve müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak, pazar araştırmaları yapmak, bu bağlamda acentelere, hatlara, müşterilere ziyaretler düzenlemek.  Müşteriye ziyaretlerine giderek yeni müşteriler kazandırmak ve önemli konuları şirketin ilgili birimlerine bildirmek.  Limanı ziyaret eden müşterileri limanı gezdirmek, mevcut yapı ve gelecek projeler hakkında sunum yapmak.  Yapılan işlere ilişkin raporlar ve sunumlar hazırlamak ve şirket içinde yayınlamak.  Maliyet çalışmasının yapılarak fiyat teklifini hazırlamak.  Müşteri sözleşmelerini yürütmek ve takip etmek.  Mevcut müşterilerin fiyatlarını ve çalışma koşullarını takip etmek ve gerektiğinde bu kısımları güncellemek.  Müşteri şikâyetlerinin giderilmesi ve giderilmesi için diğer birimlerde koordinasyon sağlanması, müşteri ile fonksiyonlar arasında koordinasyon sağlamak.  Müşteri yönetim sistemi çerçevesinde sorumlu olunan müşterilerle birebir irtibatta kalarak, oluşan/oluşabilecek ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermek.  Mevcut ve potansiyel müşterilere yönelik ya da bu müşteriler hakkında çalışmalar (tanıtım, sunum, raporlama, duyuru, vb.) yapmak ya da bu çalışmalara destek olmak.  Bütçe hazırlanması için gerekli verilerin müşterilerden alınarak bütçeden sorumlu yetkililere iletmek.  Büyük hacimli müşterilerin ödemelerini takip etmek ve ödeme yapmalarını sağlamak.  Raporlama ve doküman paylaşımı için kullanılan, CRM ve SharePoint programlarına yapılan işler ve hazırlanan dokümanları kaydetmek. CRM gelişim ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek ve iletmek.  Sektör gelişmelerinin takibi ve yeni müşteri kazanımı için konferans, fuar gibi organizasyonlara katılmak.  Müşterilerimiz ile iletişimin sürekliliğini sağlayarak, gereksinimlerini istenilen Kalite düzeyinde ve tam zamanında karşılayarak işbirliği ve güven ortamı içerisinde çalışmak, müşterilerden gelen talepler ve şikayetler için müşteri memnuniyeti prosedürlerinin gereklerini yerine getirerek müşteri odaklı bir yaklaşım sergilemek. Aranan Nitelikler:  Üniversite mezunu  İyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisi olan  Satış ve iş geliştirme alanında 5 yıl ve üzeri tecrübe sahibi olan  Benzer sektör tecrübesi tercih sebebidir.
