JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Local Business Area Controller, the key areas of responsibility include: • Participates in contractual terms and conditions review (client, consortia, subcontractors, suppliers), risk reviews, contract structuring and negotiations, tax issues, cash flow analysis, preparation of quote calculation (full cost model), cash-flow and exposure analysis, • Analyze, detect and evaluate legal and commercial risks of projects and contracts and implement adequate risk mitigation actions, • Leads contract preparations, participate contract negotiations and organize internal stakeholders to complete timely contract preparation phase, • Completion of monthly management reporting packs for a variety of stakeholders, • Optimizes project cash flow and manage the currency risk (hedging), tax issues, financial reporting, accounting, and project financing requirements, • Responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement, • Provides high quality management information and support to Business Area Controller in financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of financial performance of divisions, internal control, • Prepares and present key financial information to key stakeholders (internal & external), • Controls and analysis of full cost model, overheads and labor rates, • Ensures compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.
