We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” for our leading client operating in OTC sector. This position will report to GM and will be based in Istanbul office. Job Description: • Establishing a long-term vision for all marketing activities and developing an annual marketing plan to support the company`s sales goals and market expansion goals, • Coordinating and integrating international brand strategies, launches and campaigns into Turkish Market, • Developing successful marketing activities (ATL and BTL) and own their implementation from scratch to end, • Managing & coordinating the smooth process of new product pipeline from feasibility analysis, language groupings, artwork creation to launch campaigns, together with international and local teams, • In terms of Trade Marketing, managing the promotional material needs of both medical & FMCG sales teams, • Analysing both local and international competitors, developing and evaluating brands positioning both in Health Care Professionals and End users, • Preparing the annual marketing strategies and plans, • Effective management of marketing budget, both for Heathcare professionals and end users, • Responsible of overall brand profitability, Qualifications: • University degree, • Fluency in English, • Min. 3 years of experience in people management, • Min 7 years of experience in OTC category marketing , preferably in baby nutrition, FMCG experience is a plus. • Experience to work in matrix organizations, reporting & working with both local and international teams. • Experience managing external PR and communication agencies, • Project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines-and plan, achieve and evaluate results, • Strong analytical, project management and people management skills, • Flexible and able to change priorities,
