We are looking for a “Customer Experience Manager” for our leading client operating in the FMCG retail sector.
Main Responsibilities:
• Implement and execute customer experience / CRM projects,
• Develop new projects to increase customer loyalty,
• Design online & offline customer experience road maps and assign action plans,
• Provide strategic contribution for new customer acquisition projects by working in collaboration with the other departments.


Qualifications:
• University degree,
• Advanced level of English,
• Min 10 years of related experience in the retail/e-commerce/telco sector,
• Analysis of Customer Satisfaction & NPS Score metrics,
• CRM and Call Center Management experience,,
• Experience in managing & developing a team,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Stress management, able to manage challenges in the work place.
