• Ensure business requirements are met through operational execution of Customer Service function under Supply Chain department,
• Manage and lead Customer Service team for an efficient and effective order management flow,
• Ensure daily instrument and reagent flow is performed regarding to monthly order management & installation plans,
• Directly provide support to customers as needed or on escalated basis,
• Optimize customer service and order management processes,
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence of order management flow within company,
• Ensure compliance of Supply Chain processes with ISO standards and internal quality system,
• Perform Key User role for SAP SD Module and 1st line support of SAP related projects and tasks,
• Report and monitor main KPIs of Customer Service,
• Provide support to export operation in collaboration with customer, sales Area Manager, SCM and EHQ,
• Take active role on analysing quarterly customer satisfaction surveys results and responsible from taking actions within Supply Chain team.
• Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service position or any other fields in Supply Chain; Min 2 years’ team management experience is highly preferred,
• Related experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device Manufacturing environment would be preferred,
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must,
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,
• Proficiency in SAP SD Module and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes,
• Strong team player with excellent communication, problem solving and resolution skills,
• Strong analytical and presentation skills,
• Male candidates should have completed their military service.
