We are looking for “Human Resources Manager” for one of the multinational business partner.


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant departments,
• Minimum 10-12 years of experiences in Human Resources Management,
• Experienced in full HR operation cycle recruitment, organizational development, career management, compensation&benefits and performance evaluation,
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
• Excellent stakeholder management,communication skills adn the ability to communicate effectively on all levels,
• Having a good command of written and spoken English.


• Leading the implemantation of all HR operational processes (recruitment, payroll, organizational development, career management, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluation),
• Developing and executing of existing human resources policies and procedures,
• Managing HR Budget & Forecasting on an annual basis,
• Work with the Human Resources Director and respective internal client groups to design organization structures and implement HR practices that support their strategic goals,
• To drive change by understanding the desired outcome, stakeholders, readiness, barriers, and the overall impact of the change.
