We are looking for a " Sales Director " for our international client operating in the cosmetics industry.
• Managing sales organization by developing a business plan that covers sales, recruitment and expense controls,
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales people to develop them,
• Meet with team members to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company`s relationship /support with them to drive the business,
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture the target group,
• Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team,
• Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product/business trainings.
• University degree,
• Advanced level of English is highly preferable,
• 10 + years of field sales experience in FMCG companies, preferably in cosmetics,
• Proven track record in achieving competitive sales results,
• Analytic, result-oriented and dynamic approach,
• Able to manage stress in challenging business dynamics,
• Strong team management and leadership skills,
• Strong communication and building relationships skills.
