We are looking for a “Sales Director” for our leading client operating in SAP sector.
• Bachelor`s / Master`s graduate
• 10+ years of IT – especially SAP – sales experience
• Expert knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and market dynamics
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at the level of international business management and negotiation
• Strong communication, relationship and people management skills
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at different levels
• Strong leadership and business management under stress
• Sales, marketing and financial knowledge
• Management of the entire sales team: ensuring that periodic sales targets are set, performance is monitored, and that the determined targets and tasks are accomplished within the planned timeframe.
• Ensuring that customer contact information, the history of negotiations, important decision points, separation information, sales and payments made, bid tracking are fully processed into the CRM system and that the entire team uses the CRM system effectively.
• Suppliers, references, important customers, potential contacts, sectoral cooperation platforms, managers of rival companies, opinion leaders, press representatives of the sector, etc. Maintaining a continuous and growing communication with all stakeholders important for sales development
• Realized sales, collections, leads, offers, etc. Ensuring periodic reporting to Senior Management on issues
• Assigning the individual targets of the sales team and periodically evaluating the performance of the sales team within the determined objective criteria and targets, conveying what is expected from them for the next period.
• Managing internal/external marketing activities and social media posts in cooperation with the Marketing Manager; enable the sales team to effectively use the information and, if any, material provided by marketing
